Intermedia Group has an opening for the following  Consultants:

OPEN JOB: Workday Data Migration Specialist

LOCATION: 100% REMOTE

TYPE: CONTRACT
NOTE: This will be a 7-hour billable day, (9am – 5pm EST, with one hour for lunch)

START DATE – mid to late July 2025

SUMMARY

• This project involves migrating data from PeopleSoft systems to Workday.
• It will involve collaborating with stakeholders to understand data requirements, troubleshoot issues during the conversion process, and ensure seamless integration with Workday's Human Capital Management (HCM) and financial modules.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Develop and execute data extraction and transformation processes for HR and Finance.
• Optimize SQL queries, Application Engine, and SQR scripts for efficient data migration.
• Map PeopleSoft data fields to Workday equivalents and resolve inconsistencies.
• Implement ETL tools and validate data accuracy post-migration.
• Collaborate with functional teams and Workday consultants for seamless transition.

REQUIREMENTS

• 7 years of experience developing and executing data extraction and transformation processes for HR and Finance.
• 7 years of experience optimizing SQL queries, Application Engine, and SQR scripts for efficient data migration.
• 7 years of experience mapping PeopleSoft data fields to Workday equivalents and resolving inconsistencies.
• 7 years of experience implementing ETL tools and validating data accuracy post-migration.
• 7 years of experience collaborating with functional teams and Workday consultants for seamless transition.
• 7 years of experience developing and maintaining documentation for data conversion processes and procedures to ensuring clarity and consistency.
• 7 years of experience working collaboratively with various teams to ensure comprehensive identity management practices
