Intermedia Group has an opening for the following Consultants:
OPEN JOB: Workday Data Migration Specialist
LOCATION: 100% REMOTE

TYPE: CONTRACT
NOTE: This will be a 7-hour billable day, (9am – 5pm EST, with one hour for lunch)

START DATE – mid to late July 2025

SUMMARY

This project involves migrating data from PeopleSoft systems to Workday.
It will involve collaborating with stakeholders to understand data requirements, troubleshoot issues during the conversion process, and ensure seamless integration with Workday's Human Capital Management (HCM) and financial modules.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Develop and execute data extraction and transformation processes for HR and Finance.
Optimize SQL queries, Application Engine, and SQR scripts for efficient data migration.
Map PeopleSoft data fields to Workday equivalents and resolve inconsistencies.
Implement ETL tools and validate data accuracy post-migration.
Collaborate with functional teams and Workday consultants for seamless transition.

REQUIREMENTS

7 years of experience developing and executing data extraction and transformation processes for HR and Finance.
7 years of experience optimizing SQL queries, Application Engine, and SQR scripts for efficient data migration.
7 years of experience mapping PeopleSoft data fields to Workday equivalents and resolving inconsistencies.
7 years of experience implementing ETL tools and validating data accuracy post-migration.
7 years of experience collaborating with functional teams and Workday consultants for seamless transition.
7 years of experience developing and maintaining documentation for data conversion processes and procedures to ensuring clarity and consistency.
7 years of experience working collaboratively with various teams to ensure comprehensive identity management practices
