About the Role:

HSP Direct is looking for a driven and dynamic Account Manager to join our fast-paced team. In this role, you’ll provide strategic leadership to our political and non-profit advocacy accounts, help grow client fundraising programs, and motivate teams toward shared success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain trusted, strategic relationships with political and non-profit clients.
  • Develop and lead annual and election-cycle fundraising strategies.
  • Lead cross-functional internal teams to deliver top-tier campaign execution.
  • Analyze data and performance to optimize strategies and drive fundraising success.
  • Continuously innovate through creative testing and data-driven decision-making.
  • Ensure consistent progress toward client objectives, adapting quickly as needed.


Qualifications:

  • Strong passion for conservative politics and public policy.
  • Minimum of 2+ years of experience in marketing, advertising, fundraising, non-profit management, or political consulting. Open to rising stars to experienced veterans. (Portfolio and pay will be consummate with direct mail experience) 
  • Proven track record of relationship management and client success.
  • Outstanding communication, presentation, and collaboration skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university.

Employment Information :

Compensation Range: $70,000–$110,000, commensurate with direct mail experience.
