Job Description

This is a remote position.

We are looking for a responsible Administrative Assistant to perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks. Duties of the Administrative Assistant include providing support to our managers and employees, assisting in daily office needs and managing our company’s general administrative activities.

Requirements

  • Technical skills: Proficiency in office software (e.g., Microsoft Office, Google Workspace) and experience with scheduling and filing systems.
  • Organizational skills: Strong ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize work, and meet deadlines.

  • Problem-solving skills: Ability to handle unexpected challenges and find efficient solutions.
  • Attention to detail: Accuracy in data entry, document preparation, and record-keeping.
