The teams in the Portfolio Construction workstream are highly collaborative, focus on quality, and work to just be a little more amazing every day, delivering quality solutions to enhance advisor productivity and client experience! **This hybrid position is based in Malvern, PA**Responsibilities:Hires, evaluates, and supervises crew; provides guidance, training, sets performance standards, reviews performance, and makes compensation decisions.Ensures adequate development resources with product leaders and functional leads.Provides expert system analysis, design, development, and implementation; integrates third-party products and ensures application performance.Identifies and approves technical solutions; resolves technical issues and performs root cause analysis.Shares best practices and maintains current IT knowledge, mentors IT staff on new standards.Communicates with stakeholders on project issues; evaluates change requests and provides task and cost estimates.Reviews and approves documentation; writes technical standards and processes.Identifies opportunities for continuous quality improvement.Participates in design, code, and test inspections; acts as a technical consultant and presents status at milestone reviews.
