We're looking for a strong technical accountant - Jack of All Trades type who is also a superb mentor/coach. CPA or MBA is preferred.

We'll ask you to bring your collaborative spirit, an eye for process improvements and a willingness to share your accounting skills!!!

Skill set we're looking for includes: STAT/GAAP, yellow book, GL maintenance/reconciliations, banking relationships, A/P, A/R, budget, forecasting, cash flow, short-term investments, reinsurance placements, audit co-ordination, and compliance oversite. Applicants must bring similar and from within P&C carrier setting for consideration.

Additionally, this carrier is looking to upgrade and advance their processing and will be transitioning to new financial system software. Previous experience in the selection, testing, implementation, etc., of new financial software packages will be valuable.
