Assistant Property Manager
Watsonville, CA.
Full Time / Permanent

Responsibilities

Responsible for assisting w/ the day-to-day functions and support the daily operations of assigned scattered sites and/or multifamily communities
Must be committed to ensuring decent, safe, & quality housing for vulnerable unsheltered individuals while ensuring residents are engaged in case management resources & supportive services as they live or transition into permanent housing
Supporting rent collection as needed & work w/ the accounting department to ensure timely & accurate posting of financial data
Preparing & complete recertification, interim adjustments, file organization & setup, notices of non-compliance, & other documents

Qualifications

Must have High School Diploma or GED required
Minimum of 1-yr exp. in performing affordable property management & clerical duties; or any equivalent combination of education, training, & experience
YARDI experience preferred
HUD and/or TCAC experience highly preferred

With this role the candidate would need to have affordable housing experience
