Key ResponsibilitiesReview, analyze, and evaluate business systems, workflows, and user needs to identify opportunities for improvement.
Document detailed business and functional requirements to support process and system enhancements.
Collaborate with business stakeholders, IT teams, and project managers to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
Support the design and implementation of new business processes or systems aligned with strategic objectives.
Conduct research and gather data to develop insights and recommendations for operational efficiencies.
Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation to communicate findings and proposed solutions.
Follow established business analysis methodologies and best practices.
Work closely under the supervision of a manager or senior analyst, applying independent judgment when necessary.
Education: Associate’s degree (or higher) in Business, Information Systems, or a related field.
Experience: 0–2 years of experience in business analysis, project coordination, or related roles.
Skills & Knowledge:
Understanding of business systems, process modeling, and documentation methods.
Familiarity with data analysis techniques and common office or productivity software (e.g., Excel, Visio, PowerPoint).
Strong attention to detail, organization, and analytical thinking.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to follow structured processes and established guidelines.
Eagerness to learn and contribute in a team-oriented environment.
Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
Adaptable and able to work effectively in remote settings.
Comfortable working under supervision while developing independent analytical judgment.
