They are currently seeking an experienced Call Center Manager to lead the day-to-day performance of their high-volume call center operations. The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership, proven experience in healthcare or transportation environments, and the ability to build a culture of excellence, accountability, and customer-first service. This leader will be responsible for managing call center supervisors, overseeing KPIs and productivity metrics, optimizing workflows, and ensuring a seamless experience for patients, drivers, and healthcare partners.
In addition, the organization is also searching for a Call Center Training Manager to design and implement a best-in-class training and quality program that supports both new hires and existing staff. This role will be instrumental in building scalable onboarding processes, developing training content and SOPs, enhancing quality assurance, and ensuring the workforce is fully prepared to deliver compassionate, efficient, and compliant support. The ideal candidate will have experience creating training frameworks for call center environments—especially those serving healthcare or transportation needs—and will play a key role in elevating team performance as the organization continues its rapid expansion.
