Cardiac Cath Lab Manager
Location: Wichita, KS
Schedule: Full-Time, Days (No Weekends)
Pay Range: $77,000 – $115,000 annually (based on experience)
Sign-On Bonus & Relocation Assistance: Considered on a case-by-case basis
We are seeking an experienced and driven Cardiac Cath Lab Manager to lead and coordinate operations across multiple cardiovascular departments. This leadership role is ideal for a clinical expert with strong team-building and management skills who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is dedicated to delivering exceptional patient care.
This role oversees:
Cardiac Cath Labs (2 campuses)
Electrophysiology Labs (2 campuses)
Echo Services (2 campuses)
Oversee and coordinate daily operations across cardiovascular service lines
Collaborate with departmental leads to ensure seamless workflow
Provide hands-on support in workflow and complex cases as needed
Act as departmental director in their absence
Handle staff management, including coaching, development, and disciplinary action
Ensure compliance with hospital policies, procedures, and regulatory standards
Cath Lab (Main Campus): 140–170 procedures
Cath Lab (Secondary Campus): 40 procedures
Electrophysiology Labs: 50–60 cases
Echo Procedures (Both Campuses): 600–700
Education:
Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technology or Nursing program
Bachelor's degree required
Licensure (one of the following):
ARRT certification and Kansas license as a Radiologic Technologist
Active RN license in Kansas or Compact State
Certifications:
Basic Life Support (BLS) – Required
Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) – Required
Experience:
Strong clinical background in Cath Lab as an RN or RT
Minimum 1 year of leadership or management experience

Proven leadership and clinical decision-making
