Job Title: Cardiac Sonographer – Adult Echo Specialist
Location: Facilities across OH
Pay Rate: $60 – $64/hour (based on experience)
Contract Duration: 13 Weeks
Shift: Multiple Shifts Available
Position Summary:
We are hiring a Cardiac Sonographer – Adult Echo Specialist to perform advanced echocardiographic studies for adult patients. This role supports the diagnosis of cardiovascular disease through transthoracic and transesophageal echocardiography, using the latest ultrasound technologies.
Key Responsibilities:
• Perform transthoracic, transesophageal, and stress echocardiograms
• Analyze and interpret imaging data in collaboration with cardiologists
• Document findings and ensure accurate image capture and patient records
• Provide assistance during interventional echo-guided procedures
• Ensure proper equipment function and adherence to QA standards
Qualifications
Experience:
• At least 2 years in adult echocardiography
• Experience with 3D imaging and Doppler modalities preferred
Education & Certifications:
• Accredited ultrasound program graduate
• ARDMS (RDCS-Adult) or CCI (RCS) required
• BLS (AHA) – Required
