Happier At Home is looking for compassionate, experienced caregivers to provide non-medical, in-home support for seniors in the Birmingham area. Your Responsibilities Include:

• Meal prep, shopping, and errands.
• Light housekeeping and maintaining living areas, laundry, and linen changes.
• Providing companionship and socialization.
• Offering personal care assistance (bathing, dressing, grooming, incontinence care).
• Supporting exercise and mental stimulation.
• Respite care for family caregivers.

Requirements:

• Valid Driver’s License.
• Reliable transportation ; Must be able to transport yourself to all shifts.
• CNA license is a plus, but NOT required.
• Must pass drug screening, background checks, and motor vehicle checks.
• Must be able to work a consistent schedule.
• Clearly communicate, in advance, of any scheduling issues you may have.

Work Settings :

• Private homes, assisted living communities, hospitals, and rehab centers.
