RTD Talent Solutions is currently representing one of Florida's premier networks of primary care centers and physicians that provides accessible, patient-centered care across a number of locations that is currently seeking a Center Administrator for their St. Petersburg, FL location. This is a full-time, on-site, permanent role with excellent compensation and benefits.

As the Center Manager, you would be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the medical practice, ensuring compliance, financial performance, patient satisfaction, and effective staff management. In this on-site leadership role, you will coordinate with providers and support staff to deliver high-quality, Medicaid-focused care while fostering a culture of accountability, respect, and excellence.

Key job duties, among others:

1. Operational Leadership:

Oversee daily clinic operations, coordinating schedules, staffing, and resources to ensure smooth patient flow and efficient service delivery while acting as the primary liaison between providers, staff, and leadership.

2. Compliance & Quality:

Maintain compliance with company policies, AHCA regulations, Medicaid standards, and payer requirements, while supporting quality improvement initiatives such as HEDIS and monitoring patient satisfaction.

3. Patient Engagement:

Promote a welcoming, patient-centered environment by addressing concerns promptly, advocating for Medicaid populations, and ensuring respectful, professional care delivery.
