Looking to add a Cleaning Crew Member for our commercial cleaning company.
5 nights a week! Pay starts at $17.00/hr
Must be able to pass a background check free and clear.
Experience preferred.
Position Title: Cleaner
Report to: Supervisor and/or Franchise Manager
Position Summary:
This position is responsible for keeping accounts clean, sanitary, and stocked. Ensure that all work is done to ZBLT Industries and Jani-King standards. Will be responsible for paying close attention to detail, have the ability to work independently, and be able to communicate any concerns, issues, or needs to Supervisor and/or Franchise Manager.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities: - Restrooms: Clean, sanitize, and polish all toilets, urinals, sinks, counters, mirrors, and dispensers. Restock toilet paper, hand soap, paper towels and any other consumable requested by customers.
- Breakrooms: Clean, sanitize and polish all sinks, counters, tables, outside of appliances, and inside of microwaves. Restock hand soap and paper towels.
- Floors: Sweep, vacuum, and mop all hard surface floors and carpet.
- Furniture: Dust and polish furniture.
- Windows: Clean smudges from windows, partition glass, and doors.
- Trash: Empty and replace all trash liners.
- Cleaning Supplies: Restock supplies and report shortages
- Additionally follow all scope of works per individual contracts
