We help people in need. That's why we're on duty every day – with passion, a high level of commitment, and many years of experience. As one of the largest air rescue organizations in Europe, we operate from 37 bases, completing around 54,000 missions a year. Our crews have access to a modern fleet of helicopters and high-quality medical equipment. We ensure the highest possible standards of service in flight operations, medicine, and training and continuing education. Through our commitment in these areas, we always pursue a common goal: to deliver help to patients as quickly as possible and thus save lives.
The initial base of operations will be at the EDKB airfield near St. Augustin, and from 2025 at the EDMO airfield near Oberpfaffenhofen.
