Commercial Real Estate Development Coordinator job at Solomon Page Daly City, CA, US

Job Description

Our client, a national commercial real estate company, is looking to hire a Development Coordinator for an entry-level role. This is a hybrid position located at their office in Daly City, CA.

Salary: $60-65k

Responsibilities:

Coordinating meetings and vendor work
Developing and tracking reports of active projects
Process invoices and change orders
Track budgets and enter budget data into Hyperion
Work with teams nationwide and assist with travel and expense reports

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree
2-3 years experience in a similar role
Background in commercial real estate, development, and construction billing and leases is a plus
