As a Customer Service Representative , you’ll play a key role in delivering outstanding customer experiences and supporting marketing initiatives:
Engage directly with customers at events and retail promotions
Answer questions, provide product or campaign information, and resolve inquiries
Assist with event setup, displays, and day-to-day operations
Support marketing and outreach efforts to expand client visibility
Work closely with team members to meet campaign and performance goals
