Position: Remote Customer Service Representative

As a Remote Customer Service Representative, you will play a key role in assisting patients with their medical billing needs. You'll be connecting with patients over the phone, guiding them through payment options, and ensuring that their concerns are addressed in a caring and professional manner. Key Responsibilities:
Provide exceptional service to patients, representing our client with care and professionalism.
Reach out to patients by phone to discuss medical bills and assist with payment collection.
Communicate information clearly, concisely, and in a friendly manner.
Review patient accounts, document interactions, and address any questions or concerns.
Work with patients to negotiate reasonable payment arrangements and offer solutions.
Set up payment plans using various methods, including checks, electronic transfers, or credit cards.
Follow all policies and procedures to ensure compliance and the best possible patient experience.
Meet or exceed performance goals to help ensure success.
Collaborate with team leads, management, and clients to resolve any issues and maintain patient satisfaction.
Perform other tasks as needed to support the team and clients.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
Strong customer service focus, always keeping the patient's needs in mind.
Excellent communication skills, both over the phone and in writing.
Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and acting with integrity.
Ability to work well within a team environment, supporting each other to achieve goals.
Basic computer skills and comfort with technology.

Education and Experience:
Previous customer service experience is preferred.
Experience with medical billing or healthcare revenue cycles is a big plus.
High school diploma or GED required.
One to two years of college education preferred.
Employment Type: Full-Time
Salary: $ 18.00 25.00 Per Hour
