We are seeking a reliable Remote Data Entry Typist to help type, format, and update information in our digital systems. This is an easy, entry-level position focused on typing documents, entering data accurately, and supporting basic administrative tasks. You will work from home and complete straightforward assignments that require accuracy and consistency.

Key Responsibilities

  • Type and enter information into company databases, documents, and spreadsheets

  • Review typed data for spelling or formatting errors

  • Update and maintain digital records

  • Format documents according to simple guidelines

  • Organize files and ensure information is easy to retrieve

  • Follow data privacy and confidentiality rules

  • Complete basic administrative tasks as assigned


Requirements


  • High school diploma or equivalent

  • Fast and accurate typing skills

  • Basic knowledge of computers and typing software

  • Familiarity with word processing and spreadsheet tools (Google Docs, Word, Excel, etc.)

  • Strong attention to detail
