About the Role

As the Director of Product , you'll play a key role in supporting the VP of Product in executing our product strategy. You'll work cross-functionally to drive innovation, ensure successful product launches, and optimize our offerings based on data-driven insights. This role requires strong leadership, strategic thinking, and a passion for delivering exceptional products.

What You'll Do

  • Shape Product Strategy – Partner with the VP of Product to refine and execute the product vision, strategy, and roadmap.
  • Product Ownership – Own the product lifecycle for features, ensuring they address customer needs and industry trends.
  • Scalable Automation –Partner with Operations to identify manual onboarding tasks, scope repeatable workflows, and drive automation using Upwell AI and tools to streamline implementation.
  • Customer Onboarding & Integration – Spearhead integration projects for new customers, ensuring alignment with operational and technical requirements.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration – Work closely with engineering, marketing, customer success and sales teams to ensure seamless product launches and improvements.
  • Market & Customer Insights – Conduct research and analyze trends to identify opportunities and stay ahead of the competition.
  • Data-Driven Decisions – Define key product metrics, analyze performance, and drive optimizations based on insights.
  • Stay Ahead of Trends – Keep up with industry developments and emerging technologies to enhance our product offerings.

What You Bring

  • 5+ years of experience in product management, with leadership responsibilities.
  • Strong ability to develop and execute product strategies that align with business goals.
  • Excellent leadership and mentorship skills, with a track record of managing product teams.
  • Deep understanding of product development processes and methodologies.
  • A data-driven mindset with the ability to translate insights into impactful product decisions.
  • Outstanding communication and stakeholder management skills.
