We are seeking a talented and driven D365 CE (Customer Engagement) Business Analyst to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for analyzing and understanding business requirements related to Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) and collaborating with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and optimize D365 CE solutions. The role will involve working closely with stakeholders to identify and document business processes, develop functional specifications, and support system integration efforts to ensure seamless operations and enhance business outcomes.
Role & Responsibilities

* Develop and maintain expert-level knowledge of Dynamics 365 for Sales and associated add-ons (e.g., Experlogix CPQ).
* Provide consultation and support during CRM installations, upgrades, and customizations.
* Recommend process improvements to optimize the use of Dynamics 365 and its underlying database systems, including Microsoft SQL.
* Document and analyze sales processes, identifying opportunities for improvement.
* Provide administrative support for CRM systems, ensuring smooth operation and troubleshooting issues.
* Train, coach, and mentor staff and end users on CRM functionality and best practices.
* Collaborate with stakeholders to prepare project scopes, timelines, and task/time estimates.
* Gain deep knowledge of CRM database structures, table relationships, and related products.
* Troubleshoot and resolve CRM-related technical issues effectively.

Skills & Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, Information Systems, or a related field.
* Experience with Dynamics 365 for Sales/CRM is strongly preferred.
* Familiarity with PowerApps and Power Automate.
* Experience with Experlogix CPQ is a plus but not required.
* Proficiency in Microsoft SQL and a solid understanding of database structures.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Team-oriented, personable, and self-motivated with a passion for delivering exceptional results.
