We’re looking for a reliable, hands-on Mechanic / Equipment Manager to join our team in Pinellas Park. This role will take ownership of all small engine repairs, light truck maintenance, and equipment inventory for Landcrafters Florida.
You’ll Be Responsible For:
Performing all 2-cycle equipment repairs in-house (trimmers, blowers, edgers, etc.)
Managing mower repairs not covered under warranty
Handling light maintenance on company trucks (most are under warranty)
Coordinating any needed dealership service and scheduling
Keeping all Aspire equipment inventory and maintenance schedules updated
Assigning and managing Coast fuel cards
Monitoring Azuga telematics for fleet tracking and vehicle health
Maintaining a clean, organized, and well-inventoried shop
Handling all other needs as directed by our General Manager, Roger Chatleain , including field work during peak seasons
Ideal Candidates Will Have:
Experience repairing 2-cycle and mower equipment
Familiarity with Aspire, spreadsheets, or maintenance tracking systems
Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and dependability
A valid driver’s license and the ability to lift up to 75 lbs
A great attitude and willingness to jump in wherever needed
Compensation: $22–$28/hr based on experience
Schedule: Full-time, Monday–Friday
