Job Description
Insight Global is sourcing for an ETL Developer to join a public sector IT organization, within the Labor and Workforce Development organization. In this role, you will enable digital transformation for our partners in a global delivery model, research on technologies independently, recommend appropriate solutions and give technology-specific best practices and standards. You will be responsible for interfacing with key stakeholders and applying your technical proficiency across different stages of the Software Development Process. This position is a 12-month long contract with potential for extension, hybrid 2-3 days per week in Downtown Boston.
Compensation: $60/hr. to $70/hr. Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
Benefit packages for this role will start on day one of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401K retirement account access with employer matching. Employees in this role are also entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law.

Skills and Requirements
-Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in the specialized focus
-Minimum of 3 years' experience in Informatica IICS ETL (Informatica Cloud)
-Experience with Informatica IICS CAI (Cloud Application Integration)
-Experience configuring Informatica API's as a service-helping build, setting up API's successfully, etc.
-Experience with other ETL platforms (SSIS, ODI, CDATA)
-Experience in end-to-end implementation of data warehouse and data marts
-Strong knowledge and hands-on experience in SQL, Unix shell scripting
-Ability to lead validation activities for the assigned modules for all types of testing e.g., Functional, Integration, System, User Experience etc.
-Strong communication skills and professionalism, ability to interface between stakeholders and business users -Good understanding of data integration, data quality and data architecture
-Experience in Relational Modeling, Dimensional Modeling and Modeling of Unstructured Data
-Good understanding of Agile software development frameworks
