We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Event Coordinator to join our growing team in Austin, TX. In this role, you will play a key part in planning, organizing, and executing high-quality events that reflect our brand standards and client expectations. This position is ideal for individuals with strong organizational skills and a passion for creating impactful experiences.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and manage events from concept through completion

  • Assist in planning event timelines, logistics, and schedules

  • Communicate with internal teams, vendors, and partners to ensure seamless execution

  • Monitor event details to ensure quality, accuracy, and professionalism

  • Support on-site event coordination and post-event follow-up activities

  • Maintain organized records, budgets, and event documentation
