EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT HUMAN RESOURCES Location Puyallup, WA : JobID: 6314 Position Type: Confidential Date Posted: 10/16/2024 Location: Education Service Center Date Available: UPON HIRE Closing Date: 10/24/2024 Posting : AP6314 Location : Education Service Center Position: Executive Assistant Human Resources Hours: 8 hours per day, Monday - Friday Calendar: 260-Day Rate : Confidential - Level 4 Budget Code : Notes: The job of Executive Assistant to the Assistant Superintendent of Human Resources is done for the purpose/s of providing a wide variety of complex and confidential support within the Human Resources Department, including the following areas: unemployment; discipline/misconduct; s; union correspondence and agreements; negotiations; fingerprints; compliance with financial, legal and administrative requirements; department budget; serving as a liaison between administrator(s) and staff, providing administrative support to Human Resource Department administrators; and communicating information to staff, the public, and other districts.. External applicants will be given consideration once the internal bidding process has been completed. Education and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in job related area.
• Minimum five (5) years of job-related experience within specialized field, including unemployment compensation, collective bargaining, and labor relations, with increasing levels of school district HR and legal responsibility is required.

• Candidate must pass a clerical assessment for this position if considered for hire.
