Your Mission: As our Facilities Maintenance Specialist, your role is crucial in maintaining facility safety and functionality through scheduled preventive maintenance. You'll work hand-in-hand with other maintenance experts on complex tasks, displaying a strong spirit of collaboration.

Schedule:

• 2-2-3 Shift Pattern - An alternating cycle designed to optimize productivity and work-life balance.
• Operating Hours: 5:45 AM to 6:15 PM

Based in Pensacola, Florida, you will report to the Facilities Manager, contributing dedicatedly to the onsite Maintenance Department.

Your Tasks:

• Engage in varied general maintenance duties such as painting, changing light bulbs and electric ballasts, ceiling tile replacements, and assisting with small constructions.
• Deliver routine equipment maintenance, handling lubrication, filter changes, belt swapping, and cleaner coil maintenance on equipment like compressors and chillers.
• Execute premises upkeep with rust treatment, exterior cleans, and rooftop maintenance.

Your Expertise Includes:

• Possessing a high school diploma or GED with a minimum of 3 years in facility maintenance.
• Mastery with tools like saws and motor drills.
• Familiarity with various cleaning solvents and chemicals.

Physical Capabilities:

• Capacity to handle equipment up to 40 lbs.
• Prolonged standing, squatting, and reaching capabilities.

Advantageous Experience:

• Operating high lifts for elevated tasks.
• Handling digital and analog multimeters for precision work.
