Description Michelle Espejo with Robert Half Financial Services is recruiting for a Paraplanner at a growing RIA. This is a full-time permanent role based in Marin County with a Hybrid schedule. Responsibilities: + Advise Clients: Act as the lead advisor for high-net-worth individuals and families, delivering tailored financial and investment strategies. + Manage Financial Plans: Develop and adjust comprehensive plans covering retirement, tax, estate, investment, and risk management. + Mentor & Lead: Support junior advisors and contribute to a strong team culture. + Grow the Business: Build relationships, secure referrals, and participate in networking events. + Shape the Firm's Future: Collaborate with leadership on strategic growth initiatives. *Contact Michelle Espejo via LinkedIn or email for additional info and immediate consideration. Requirements + 4+ years in financial planning, wealth management. + CFP® certification required; Series 65 or equivalent preferred. + Expertise in investment strategies, financial planning, and compliance. + Strong relationship-building skills with high-net-worth clients. + Leadership experience with a mentorship mindset.
