Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and innovative **GIS Analyst** to join our Enablement Team, supporting the **Branch Location Management** product. This role is critical in driving data-informed decisions for branch network optimization, including new site selection, relocations, and closures. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in geospatial analysis and a passion for transforming complex data into actionable insights.
**In this role, you will:**
+ **Geospatial Analysis & Modeling:**
+ Calculate **population reach** , **demographic coverage** , and **market potential** for existing and prospective branch locations.
+ Generate **drive-time and walk-time maps** using network analysis to assess accessibility and service areas.
+ Support **retail node creation and maintenance** , ensuring accurate and up-to-date spatial hierarchies.
+ **Business Case Support:**
+ Mass-produce **customized maps and spatial reports** for de novo, relocation, and closure business case packages.
+ Collaborate with strategy, real estate, and finance teams to integrate GIS insights into broader decision-making frameworks.
+ **Data Management & Automation:**
+ Maintain and update geospatial datasets, including branch locations, competitor footprints, and demographic layers.
+ Develop and optimize **automated workflows** for recurring spatial analysis tasks and map production.
+ **Stakeholder Collaboration:**
+ Translate complex spatial data into clear, compelling visualizations and narratives for non-technical stakeholders.
+ Provide ad hoc spatial analysis and mapping support to cross-functional teams.
**Required Qualifications:**
+ 4+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
**Desired Qualifications:**
+ 3+ years of experience in a GIS Analyst or similar role, preferably in retail, banking, or location strategy.
+ Strong understanding of demographic data, market segmentation, and spatial statistics.
+ Excellent communication skills and the ability to present complex data in a clear, actionable format.
+ Knowledge of retail site selection principles and location intelligence best practices.

**Pay Range**
Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to achievements, skills, experience, or work location. The range listed is just one component of the compensation package offered to candidates.
$84,000.00 - $149,400.00
