Duties: 

• Providing haircutting & hairstyling services to clients
• Providing hair coloring services to clients
• Providing support to designers during hair collections & shows
• Assisting in Marketing efforts to grow the client base by contributing to the salon’s social media content and industry-related events
• Following performance metrics to achieve growth milestones

Applicant Requirement

• Applicants must submit a resume & cover letter
• Applicants must provide references
• Applicant must submit a portfolio of their work
• Applicants must have a valid NYC Cosmetology License 
• Applicant should have strong color experience
• Previous experience as a Stylist is required
• Applicant must have completed the Barbecide Certification
• Applicants must display our 4 pillars: Community: dedicate hours to community services, Education: must take at least 20 hrs of continued education, Integrity: doing things with passion, Inclusivity: comfortable with working on diverse textures of hair
  
   

Guaranteed $18-20/hour ramping up to commission, depending on experience. With the opportunity to earn more with commission on service & retail sales.
