Position Overview:

Have the opportunity to advance your career in RPA as well AI+ Intelligent Automation as part of a fast-growing intelligent automation, AI and data consultancy. Working as part of the Professional Services delivery team, you will meet clients and deliver RPA, AI+ Intelligent Automation, and Agentic solutions across multiple projects. This will involve the design, development, testing, and production delivery of automated processes built within UiPath. You will be client-facing and have the opportunity to build successful relationships between TQA and its clients.

Key responsibilities:

  • Designing efficient RPA as well AI+ Intelligent Automation processes alongside Business Analysts and Solution Architects.
  • Following process designs and developing automations using UiPath’s ‘drag and drop’ C# and VB.net-based development framework.
  • Building quality automated processes and working with a Solution Architect to ensure the code meets standards and best practices established by TQA.
  • Conducting comprehensive testing of automated processes end-to-end, including User Acceptance Testing alongside clients to ensure automations meet clients’ needs.
  • Liaising and communicating with clients on a regular basis throughout the entire project lifecycle.
  • Working alongside TQA’s Managed Services team to ensure a smooth process &   requirements handover at the end of a project.
  • Building successful relationships with clients whilst working very closely with them.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • 4 years of experience in RPA, with 2 years in UiPath preferred.
  • Practical experience working with or supporting clients within the Healthcare industry
  • Experience in AI and Intelligent Automation. Experience with Agentic tools is a plus.
  • Understand prompt engineering techniques to effectively interact with and guide LLMs for task execution and information extraction.
  • Proficient in agentic process design and implementation within automation workflows demonstrating an understanding of LLM’s for practical applications.
  • Track record of successful UiPath process implementations.
  • Interest in a technical role balanced with a well-rounded soft skill set.
  • STEM degree preferred.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and multitask to meet deadlines.
  • Good time management.
  • Able to work with a team and autonomously.
  • Self-motivated and competitive.
  • Desire to learn more technologies and skills.
