• Comprehensive Care Leadership: As a Hospitalist, you’ll lead the charge in managing Rapid Response, Stroke Alerts, Sepsis Alerts, and Behavior Assist calls, working closely with Internal Medicine resident teams. The CCU team handles Code Blue/Code 99/Adult medical codes requiring ACLS, ensuring comprehensive support across the care spectrum.
• Mentorship and Leadership: Thrive in a collaborative environment that prioritizes mentorship. Our experienced Hospitalists are committed to guiding new career hospitalists, ensuring a smooth transition into practice, and setting you up for long-term success as a Hospitalist.

Provider Salary Range: The compensation range for this position is $345,000 - $527,000. This represents a good faith minimum and maximum range for the role at the time of posting by Carle Health. The actual compensation offered a candidate will be dependent on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, the candidate’s experience, qualifications, location, training, licenses, shifts worked and compensation model.
