Position Summary:
Under direct supervision of the Human Resources Manager and/or Director of Human Resources, responsible for all employee records and ensuring the efficient operation of the Human Resources office reception area by performing a variety of administrative duties and tasks. Maintains confidentiality of all privileged information.
Minimum Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED plus one (1) year of administrative, secretarial, or records management experience (preferably within a Human Resources office environment). Must be twenty-one (21) years of age. No felony, theft or stealing convictions. Must be able to successfully pass a pre-employment drug/alcohol screen, background investigation, obtain and maintain gaming license. Navajo preference.
