About the Role
We're looking for a driven and competitive Telephone Sales Representative who thrives in a fast-paced sales environment. You'll play a key role in helping customers find the right home warranty plans while achieving personal and team sales goals.
Must have outbound sales experience and remote phone sales experience
Must live within 60 miles of the office location
Compensation & Earnings Potential
Base Pay: $16 per hour
Commissions & Bonuses: No cap on earnings! Average annual earnings are $70,000, with top performers exceeding $100,000+
Weekly Pay: Base + commissions paid weekly
Average Weekly Commissions: $700
Your Schedule
We operate Monday-Friday (8 AM - 9 PM) & Saturdays (8 AM - 5 PM)
40-hour workweek - Your shift will be assigned within these hours based on business needs
Must be available during all operating hours
What You'll Do
Engage with customers via inbound and outbound calls & emails (80% outbound, 20% inbound)
Handle 100-250 calls per day using a dialer system
Understand customer needs and recommend the best warranty plans
Close sales on the first call and meet/exceed sales quotas
Build relationships with customers and contribute to a positive team culture
Master our products & industry to provide expert guidance
Meet performance goals and help drive revenue growth
What We're Looking For
At least 1 year of outbound sales experience (phone sales preferred)
Strong sales track record - you love hitting and exceeding goals!
Excellent phone presence & communication skills
Proficiency in CRM tools (Salesforce, dialer systems, Microsoft Teams, etc.)
Ability to multitask & manage time effectively
Typing speed of 30 WPM with 90% accuracy
Ability to pass a background check and qualify for a Florida Telemarketing License
Bilingual (Spanish) is a plus!

Windows PC (NO Macs or Chromebooks) running Windows 8, 8.1, or 10
Processor: 2.1 GHz or better (Intel i5-4440 or AMD Ryzen 3 or better)
8GB RAM or more
120GB+ SSD (preferred) or HDD with 20GB free space
Wired internet connection (WiFi is not supported)
USB headset, wired keyboard/mouse, and external webcam
Updated Google Chrome & active antivirus software
