We’re seeking an experienced accounting professionals to support a private equity-backed client navigating rapid change and increased reporting demands. This is a hands-on, high-impact opportunity with a fast-paced and dynamic finance team.
Key Requirements - High technical proficiency with ability to shift from strategy to execution
- Comfortable performing bank recs, journal entries, and reviews
- Strong experience with GAAP, consolidation, and Sage Intacct
- Multi-entity accounting and consolidation experience
- Familiarity with Sage Intacct or similar ERP (highly preferred)
- Private equity-backed company experience (strong plus)
- CPA Preferred
- Willingness to roll up sleeves and work tactically as needed
- Excellent communication, analytical, and collaboration skills
What You’ll Do - Lead and support month-end close across 8 unique legal entities
- Execute multi-entity roll-ups in Sage Intacct
- Manage foreign currency remeasurement for India subsidiary
- Perform journal entries, reconciliations, and data integrations
- Deliver lender-ready financial statements on tight timelines
- Help standardize repeatable processes for ongoing lender compliance
