Pay Range: $27 – $35 per hour (based on skill and experience)
Schedule: Full-time or part-time • Monday – Friday • 8-hour day shifts

We’re growing fast and looking for dependable Ironworkers / Steel Erectors who take pride in their craft and want consistent hours with a crew that values safety, teamwork, and quality.
Weld and install structural and miscellaneous steel (beams, rails, stairs, embeds).
Read blueprints and follow directions accurately.
Operate scissor and boom lifts safely; assist with rigging and signaling.
Cut, fit, and grind steel using torches, grinders, and measuring tools.
Work with your crew to complete projects on schedule and to specifications.
Maintain a clean, safe work area and follow all company and OSHA procedures — no shortcuts.
Experience with 7018 stick (3G & 4G) and 6022 deck welding .
Ability to read basic blueprints or learn quickly.
Experience using lifts, harnesses, and rigging gear.
Reliable transportation and consistent attendance.
Comfortable working outdoors in Florida weather.
Willing to travel for short projects (we offer per diem and travel pay).
