We are seeking an experienced and motivated ISA Certified Arborist to join our team. As an arborist with HTM Contractors, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the health and safety of trees across the region, providing expert advice and services to our valued clients.

Responsibilities

• Conduct on-site assessments to evaluate tree health, structure, and risk.
• Provide expert recommendations and prepare accurate estimates for tree trimming, removals, plant health care, and related services.
• Operate and drive dump truck, wood chipper and bucket truck 
• Maintain compliance with ANSI standards, safety protocols, and local regulations.

Qualifications

• Current ISA Certified Arborist credential (required).
• Strong understanding of Hawaii’s tree species, pests, and environmental conditions (Is recommended but not necessary)
• Minimum 2 years of experience in tree care.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Self-motivated with the ability to manage time and tasks efficiently.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Climbing is a plus but not necessary

Compensation

Salary: $30.00/hr
