| We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Technical Project Manager to lead and oversee cross-functional teams who has practical and hands-on experience and is focused on Automation, RPA, AI, and GenAI initiatives. This role demands a strategic thinker with deep technical acumen, capable of translating complex AI and automation concepts into business-friendly language for stakeholders. The ideal candidate will drive solution development, manage operational and run costs, and ensure timely delivery of high-impact automation programs. | |||
| Key Responsibilities: | |||
| Program & Project Leadership | |||
| Lead end-to-end delivery of automation and AI/GenAI projects, from ideation to deployment and support. | |||
| Define project scope, goals, deliverables, and success metrics in collaboration with business and technical teams. | |||
| Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocations. | |||
| Team & Technical Oversight | |||
| Manage and mentor a multidisciplinary technical team including RPA developers, AI/ML engineers, and solution architects. | |||
| Oversee RPA, Automation complete platform upgrades and technology refresh cycles for automation environments. | |||
| Drive and judge PoCs for Various Business Problems in Technology agnostic environments | |||
| Ensure adherence to best practices in software development, testing, and deployment. | |||
| Solution Development & Cost Management | |||
| Drive the design and implementation of scalable automation and GenAI solutions using tools like UiPath, Python, Javascripts, Frameworks, Azure, OpenAI, and custom AI models | |||
| Own the budgeting process, including cost estimation, tracking, and optimization of run and development costs. | |||
| Conduct cost-benefit analyses and ROI assessments for proposed solutions. | |||
| Stakeholder Engagement | |||
| Act as the primary liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders. | |||
| Translate technical concepts into clear, non-technical language to facilitate understanding and buy-in. | |||
| Present project updates, demos, and strategic roadmaps to senior leadership. | |||
| Governance & Compliance | |||
| Ensure compliance with enterprise IT policies, data governance, and security standards. | |||
| Maintain documentation, audit trails, and knowledge repositories for all automation initiatives. | |||
| Required Skills & Qualifications: | |||
| Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. | |||
| 10 12+ years of experience in IT project management with at least 5 years in automation and AI domains. | |||
| Proven experience with End-2-end RPA platforms (UiPath) management and maintenance with 100+ BoTs , Various AI/ML frameworks, Integrated Enterprise Azure Environment and its services and GenAI tools and frameworks | |||
| Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile methodologies, and DevOps practices. | |||
| Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. | |||
| Experience in budgeting, cost tracking, and vendor management. | |||
| Preferred Qualifications: | |||
| Certifications in PMP, Agile, or RPA platforms. | |||
| Exposure and Hand-on to cloud platforms (Azure, Google) and Enterprise integration tools. | |||
| Experience working in global delivery models and cross-cultural teams. |
