Adecco is currently assisting a local client in their search to fill a **Landscaping Crew Leader** in **Tucson, AZ** **Job Duties** + **Supervise and train crew members on all aspects of landscaping maintenance.** + **Schedule workloads, assign tasks, and ensure work is completed efficiently and to the required standards.** + **Maintain a safe working environment and ensure compliance with safety regulations.** + **Operate and maintain a variety of landscaping equipment, including mowers, blowers, weed eaters, and other tools.** + **Communicate with customers, contractors, and other team members to ensure smooth project execution and maintain positive relationships.** + **Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively communicate with crew members and clients.** + **Plan, coordinate, and collect equipment and job materials for each day's work.** + **Prepare timesheets, daily reports, and other required documentation.** + **Maintain on-site relations and communications with clients, ensuring satisfaction with the work.** + **Ability to perform physically demanding tasks such as lifting and operating equipment.** **Qualifications** + **Must have experience driving landscaping truck and trailer properly.** + **Has ability to create/read/execute basic field reports/directions?** + **Must have experience operating all landscaping related tools & equipment.** + **Must speak Fluent English** + **Bi-lingual a plus but not required.** + **1-3 years experience leading a landscaping team.** **What's in it for me?** + 25-35 hours per week + Pay rate **$17.00 per hour** . **Pay Details:** $17.00 per hour Benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
