Job Description

We need a  Licensed Nursing Home Administrator to join our team at Dayspring Skilled Nursing & Rehabilitation in Fairborn, OH . 

Salary: $115,000 to $160,000

You’ll Be Responsible For:

• Ensuring facility is following all federal & state guidelines.
• Establishing meaningful relationships with the team members, families, & community.
• Working with department heads to maintain Team Member Satisfaction
• Helping to manage team member issues
• Patient & responsible party satisfaction
• Census Management
• Accounts receivable
• Controllable Cost Management
• Ensuring the facility maintains at least 4 stars on CMS 5-star rating system
• Managing the CMS Quality Indicators
• Ensuring the corporate office receives timely follow-up on requested items (AR issues/questions, Corporate monthly reports, Invoices, Payroll Summaries, Credit card expense reporting)

You’ll Need To Have:

• A positive attitude & a passion for serving the elderly
• An active Administrator’s License in the state where the facility is located (OH)
• Experience as a Licensed Nursing home Administrator
• Thorough knowledge of nursing home regulations and guidelines
• The ability to successfully manage multiple projects
• The skills to communicate with residents, family members, employees, vendors, and any others in a professional manner delivering top-notch customer service
