You’ll conduct regular inspections and routine maintenance and come up with ideas for preventative measures we can use to maximize the life of our equipment and minimize safety risks. • Keep a record of completed repairs and when equipment was last serviced
• Inspect the building for any structural damage to windows, doors, walls, and perform necessary repairs
• Manage other maintenance requests as required
• Conduct routine maintenance on equipment and systems such as HVAC units, plumbing fixtures, and electrical wiring to make sure they’re operating efficiently and make any needed repairs

• Over 2 years of maintenance experience
• Advanced understanding of maintenance equipment, procedures, and techniques
• Should be able to demonstrate understanding of heating and air conditioning units, plumbing systems, and electrical systems
• Has high school diploma, GED, or equivalent
• Basic construction tasks such as painting, removing flooring, changing locks and doors
