Your Responsibilities Include:

• Installing and integrating mechanical, electrical, propulsion, plumbing, and carpentry systems in custom boats
• Collaborating with diesel and gasoline engines, pumps, hydraulics, and fuel systems
• Assembling and installing steering, control systems, and marine hardware
• Reading and interpreting installation instructions, schematics, and diagrams
• Ensuring systems meet safety, performance, and quality benchmarks
• Maintaining a well-organized, clean, and safe work environment

What You Bring to the Crew:

• Proven experience in marine mechanics, electrical work, or systems installation
• In-depth knowledge of marine propulsion, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems
• Ability to decipher blueprints, schematics, and technical documents
• Capacity to work independently or collaboratively
• A keen eye for detail and dedication to excellence
• Physical ability to lift 50 lbs and thrive in demanding environments
