Position Overview
The Account Manager at TopRight serves as the primary liaison between clients and internal teams, ensuring client satisfaction and the successful delivery of projects. This role requires strong relationship-building skills, strategic planning, and the ability to manage multiple projects while delivering client-focused solutions. The Account Manager collaborates with cross-functional teams to execute campaigns, monitor performance, and provide data-driven recommendations. With a focus on seamless project execution and proactive problem-solving, the Account Manager plays a vital role in driving client success and achieving organizational goals.

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong, positive relationships with clients and internal teams. 

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring their needs and expectations are met. 

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (research, strategy, media, creative, and production) to develop and execute client projects. 

  • Oversee all aspects of project workflows, including: 

    • Contributing to strategy development and media planning. 

    • Managing project timelines, budgets, and deliverables. 

    • Tracking key milestones and coordinating stakeholder reviews. 

    • Providing regular project status updates. 

    • Monitoring and optimizing campaign performance. 

  • Address client concerns promptly and effectively, ensuring swift resolution of issues. 

  • Proactively identify challenges and implement solutions to maintain seamless project execution. 

  • Deliver performance insights and data-driven recommendations to clients. 

  • Ensure timely and successful delivery of solutions aligned with client objectives. 

  • Contribute to additional duties or special projects as assigned. 

Requirements

  • Professional, energetic, and proactive work ethic. 

  • Ability to plan, strategize, and communicate effectively with senior stakeholders. 

  • Proven experience delivering client-focused solutions. 

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. 

  • Exceptional listening, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills. 

  • Proficiency in managing project budgets, timelines, and scopes of work. 

  • Experience working with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated solutions. 

  • Attention to detail and ability to provide guidance and insights to clients and team members. 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field. 

  • 5+ years of account management experience, preferably with agency experience. 

  • Familiarity with project management tools; experience with Wrike is a plus. 

  • Willingness to travel to client locations and company meetings as needed. 

What We Offer
  • Competitive salary ranging from $75,000 to $85,000, based on experience.
  • Comprehensive benefits package includes 401K, health, vision, and dental insurance.
