🧭 About the Role

This is a full-time, salaried position —not a contract or temporary gig.

As the an AI Prompting and Automation Engineer , your role would be to go inside clients accounts. You'd then help customize the prompting and agent behavior to maximize the revenue the agent generates using our AIR AI agent product.

Your mission?

👉 Increase customer results via agent optimization.
In short your role is to go inside their accounts and optimize the agents inside them to maximize the conversion they generate for the customer.

Your job is to take the basic AI agent flows and optimize the AIs prompting/style to maximize the conversions the flows generate.

You will then go into larger more complex clients and come with strategies they could apply with AIR to increase revenue.  You will then add these strategies via new AI agent flows.

Your final task will be inspecting clients that are failing and fixing their prompting/agents to get them back into a successful range of 3-5% of total revenue added from AIR.

🎯 What You’ll Do

• ✅Optimize the AIR AI agent for customers to improve their results.

• 🔧 Add new AI automations for large clients to expand their results.

• 🛠️ Diagnose failing accounts and re-align their AI agent to perform better and get them back to success.

• 🌐 Be the expert of prompting our AI and creating default easy settings ands strategies that will work for smaller customers.

• 🔄 Help our team strategize new ways to apply the AIR agent to increase revenue for clients.

• 🎁 After you are successful train other agents to improve the AI work flows and direct a team whose sole role is improving results.

• Detect problems and errors in the AI messaging and help our engineers/developers adjust them.

• 📢Work hand and hand with our development teams in achieving all the goals above.

While your initial focus will be execution , you’ll eventually have the opportunity to build out your own team if you are successful here.

💥 Make no mistake: This is an extremely hands-on role to start. You’ll be in the trenches, driving results from day one—with operational assistance.

🧠 Requirements

• 🔥 Long experience in writing/crafting email marketing emails for conversion.

• 📈 Extremely familiar with using LLMs and marketing AIs to create content.

• 🧑‍💻 Familiar with AI agents and email automation workflows.

• 🗂️ Extremely attention to detail and OCD with optimization.

💵 Compensation

• Base salary: Will discuss on contact

• 💥 Significant bonuses tied to performance

• Salary is based on experience, skills, and level
