Our Ryan Homes team is seeking dynamic Sales Representatives. No real estate experience? No problem! We provide comprehensive training and support to help you succeed.
Position : Sales Representative
Compensation : Lucrative commission-based compensation (successful reps hitting goals earn over $200,000, top performers earn over $300,000!)
Experience : At least 3 years of commissioned sales experience preferred
What You’ll Do: - Engage with potential buyers, showcasing our beautiful new homes
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process
- Collaborate with our marketing team to generate leads
- Establish rapport and conduct needs analysis to help customers achieve the American dream
Qualifications: - At least 3 years of commissioned sales experience preferred
- Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-centric mindset
- Tenacity and drive to meet and exceed sales targets
- Organizational skills to manage leads and follow-ups effectively
- Current top performers have come from luxury sales, pharmaceuticals, high end auto, or cellular sales
