What You'll Do As a Nurse Practitioner at our client facility, you will be at the forefront of patient-centered care, focusing on:
Diagnosing and managing acute and chronic health conditions.
Educating patients on effective self-management strategies.
Collaborating with senior care facility teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
Ordering and interpreting diagnostic tests to guide treatment plans.
Maintaining accurate and thorough patient records.
You will work closely with the Senior Clinical Operations Manager in a dynamic, fast-paced environment that encourages innovation and teamwork.
What We're Looking For
Licensure: A valid Nurse Practitioner license in Ohio , with at least 6 months of experience .
Transportation: A reliable, insured vehicle for travel between facilities.
