As the Administrator, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the facility to ensure compliance with regulations, high-quality care delivery, and a supportive environment for residents and staff alike. Responsibilities: - Lead and direct the overall operation of the nursing home facility, including administrative, financial, clinical, and personnel management. - Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations governing nursing home operations. - Develop and implement policies and procedures to promote resident safety, health, and well-being. - Recruit, hire, train, and supervise staff members, including nurses, caregivers, administrative personnel, and support staff. - Collaborate with medical professionals, families, and community resources to provide comprehensive care and support to residents. - Oversee financial operations, including budgeting, billing, and revenue cycle management. - Foster a positive and inclusive work environment that promotes teamwork, professional growth, and employee satisfaction. - Serve as the primary point of contact for residents, families, regulatory agencies, and other stakeholders.
Requirements: - Current licensure as a Nursing Home Administrator in the state of Illinois. - Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business management, or a related field (Master's degree preferred). - Minimum of 3 years of experience in a leadership role within a nursing home or long-term care setting. - Strong knowledge of federal and state regulations governing nursing home operations. - Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. - Proven track record of achieving and maintaining high-quality care standards. - Ability to prioritize tasks, solve problems, and make sound decisions under pressure. - Commitment to promoting resident-centered care and enhancing quality of life for seniors.
