The Staff Pad has partnered with look to hire an Occupational Therapy Assistant (OTA) to join a close-knit, mission-driven pediatric therapy team in Helena, Montana.
This is an outpatient-based role serving primarily pediatric patients from birth to 18 years old. Services are delivered in the clinic, in homes, and within the community. The focus is simple and demanding. High-quality care, delivered in the setting that best supports each child and family.

Provide therapeutic and self-care interventions to pediatric patients under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist (OTR)
Monitor patient performance to ensure exercises and activities are completed safely and correctly
Participate in team meetings and case conferences to support coordinated care plans
Document daily treatment notes and weekly progress accurately and on time
Maintain treatment areas, therapy equipment, and supplies
Educate patients, families, and caregivers on treatment techniques under OTR guidance
Support administrative tasks as needed to ensure smooth clinic operations
Required Qualifications
Associate degree from an ACOTE-accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program
Current Montana OTA license, or ability to obtain licensures
CPR certification
Valid driver’s license

Hourly Rate: $28+/hour (dependent on education and experience)
