Job Title: Storage Systems Engineer
Location Remote is fine - Preferably local to MN for on call datacenter need
Duration: Through 7/17/26; high likelihood of extension
Location:
- Would not have on site schedule
Need:
- Storage Engineers were recently moved over to Mark s team. He has 2 senior engineers doing the heavy lifting in their org.
- Backfilling an engineer who recently left Prime
- Storage Engineer by title, focusing on Server config, upgrade, and install support
- Bare minimum goal is operational support for their Dell Storage environment
- Essentially high level support for datacenter break-fix and patching efforts
On Call :
- Every 3 weeks on call for escalation point in ServiceNow
- happens maybe once every other on call rotation
Top Requirements:
- Windows Server Administration
- Dell Storage Products
Winning Skillset:
- Records management or regulated industry experience
- Cloud Storage (AWS)
Background:
- Roughly 5 years of relative support experience in storage environments
- Typical progression from user support, administration, operating systems engineering
