Job Description

Bachelor's degree or above, majoring in International Trade, English, or related fields; with more than 3 years of experience in overseas sales or sales support; fluent in English (both written and spoken), which can be used as a working language; Proficiency in sales skills, with the ability to independently develop customers and conduct business negotiations; capable of collecting, identifying, and quickly converting sales leads; Committed to overseas sales, with strong customer sensitivity, able to quickly grasp customer needs and close deals promptly; having a certain sensitivity to cross-cultural communication, and willing to work abroad or travel overseas; Possess good professional ethics, a strong sense of responsibility, excellent logical thinking skills, communication and coordination abilities, good communication and negotiation skills, a strong sense of service, and the ability to work under pressure. Identify and collect information on the Middle East/European markets, competitors, and competing products, generate relevant reports, provide effective suggestions for the department's sales strategies and plans, and participate in their implementation; Develop overseas channels or end customers through leads and various platform channels to achieve sales targets; Be responsible for the full-cycle operation of orders, follow up on customer orders, payment collection, and shipment, and ensure the timely shipment of goods and safe receipt of foreign exchange; Be responsible for maintaining customer relationships, explore new needs of customers, and achieve in-depth cooperation with key and major customers; Collaborate on marketing and brand promotion plans, participate in exhibitions to obtain customer leads, and enhance the influence of products in overseas markets; Complete other tasks assigned by superiors.
