As a part of the Optum Care network, ProHealth Physicians is seeking a Primary Care physician  to join our growing team in Groton, Connecticut. Position Highlights

• Physician-led, patient centered team-based environment
• Three-year salary guarantee
• No mandatory call
• 1:1 MA to provider ratio
• Provide care across the continuum, focusing on value-based care & time with patients
• Procedures include, but not limited to: simple skin surgery, fracture care, joint injections, maternity care, IUD s, etc.
• Moderate scheduling templates
• Partnership with strong Advanced Practice Clinicians and care teams

Required Qualifications:

• Unrestricted licensure in the state of Connecticut at time of employment
• Board Certification or board eligibility in Family or Internal Medicine
• Active and unrestricted DEA License or ability to obtain prior to start
• Full COVID-19 vaccination is an essential requirement of this role. Candidates located in states that mandate COVID-19 booster doses must also comply with those state requirements. UnitedHealth Group will adhere to all federal, state and local regulations as well as all client requirements and will obtain necessary proof of vaccination, and boosters when applicable, prior to employment to ensure compliance
