Description We are looking for a talented Production Designer to join our team on a long-term contract basis in South Orange County. This role is ideal for a creative individual who excels in both efficiency and precision, ensuring high-quality outcomes within tight timelines. You will play a key role in producing visually compelling designs using industry-leading tools. Responsibilities: - Design and produce high-quality graphic assets using Adobe Creative Cloud tools, including InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop. - Ensure all designs meet branding and visual identity standards while maintaining a consistent look and feel. - Collaborate with team members to translate creative concepts into production-ready designs. - Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines without compromising quality. - Review and refine design deliverables to guarantee precision and alignment with project goals. - Maintain organized design files and workflows for seamless collaboration with the team. - Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues related to design software or file formats. - Adapt designs quickly based on feedback and prioritize tasks effectively. - Stay updated on design trends and best practices to bring fresh ideas to the team. Requirements - Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, including InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop. - Demonstrated experience in producing high-quality designs under tight deadlines. - Strong understanding of visual branding and design principles. - Excellent attention to detail and ability to deliver error-free work. - Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously. - Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively within a team. - Familiarity with file organization and production workflows. - Ability to adapt quickly to feedback and incorporate changes efficiently.
